One terroir, one signature.
In Bouzy, on the south face of the Montagne de Reims, chalk and Pinot Noir yield champagnes of body and structure, with aromas of red fruits. The village is one of just seventeen communes classified Grand Cru, the highest rating on the Champagne échelle des crus.
The estate farms four hectares of vines in Bouzy and Ambonnay, two of Champagne's seventeen Grand Cru villages, following sustainable viticulture and hand-harvesting. Arnaud Moreau took over the family estate after an earlier career in IT, continuing the work of his father René and his grandfather François. From this heritage come seven cuvées, from Tradition to the single-plot cuvée Érynn, in a precise approach, plot by plot.
