Data collected

The site only collects the data you submit through the contact, tasting booking and newsletter forms: name, email, phone and message.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to handle your request or to send you the estate newsletter. The legal basis is your consent, collected via a checkbox that is not pre-ticked.

Processors

Requests pass through a Google script (Apps Script) that creates a Gmail draft and a Google Sheets row; no automatic sending. The newsletter, when active, uses Brevo (French service, double opt-in).

Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then deleted on request.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete and unsubscribe. To exercise it, write to contact@champagnearnaudmoreau.com.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Only a local flag (age gate) is kept in your browser.
